Returns and Refund Policy

At Beard Goalz, our policy lasts for 90 days. Within this period, we are happy to replace or exchange your order.

However, please note that after the 90-day period, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items are products that have already been used.

To initiate a return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
